Description Of Work: We hired Vicky Chrisner as a buyer’s agent when we sold our former home and bought a new one in early 2008. She located a number of homes in our price range and desired neighborhood. She provided candid advice that helped us obtain our home of choice at a reasonable market price.
Comments: With both my wife and I working full time, plus parenting two active teenagers, we didn’t have extra time to spare or waste seeing houses that did not meet our criteria. Vicky spent her time narrowing the homes for viewing to ones that met our criteria. She took the time to understand our needs and desires and eliminated homes that were not consistent with our desires. We were able to select a desired home after only a few busy weekends. She also provided helpful advice as to how to make a reasonable offer that was accepted by the seller. All real estate transactions can generate emotional stress, but Vicky’s focus on our needs and the process of negotiating a sales price and closing the transaction reduced this stress level considerably. My wife and I were pleased with Vicky’s knowledge, professionalism and ability to work with others.”
