Kelly was referred to me in 2009 by her co-worker. We found her a great townhome in Greenway Farms (Leesburg VA) which fit all of her criteria. Shortly thereafter, she referred me to another co-worker who was purchasing her first home, and then her mother who was relocating into the area… Mom bought a fabulous single family home in Ashburn. In 2011, Kelly got engaged, and I sold her fiance’s condo in Ashburn for him. Now married, they have sold that great little fixxer upper she bought a few years earlier. It closed in 2012, and they are currently in a contract for their first new home , together, which is currently under construction and should be ready in the summer of 2013.
