Specialties: Construction to Permanent Residential Loans, Jumbo Loans, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), Purchase loans (including as 80/10/10 or 80/5/15 which allow less than a 20% down payment and still allow the borrower to avoid the cost of private mortgage insurance), Portfolio Loans for “different” circumstances… like non-warrantable condos, construction or renovation loans (not 203Ks), occasional lot loans (by exception) or other types of loans that may make sense but require an deviation from the “typical” (vanilla) loan standards.
