I have added Fulton Bank to my list of lenders because they do two things not many other lenders do:

1 – They offer Construction Financing.  Whether you own a lot already or you are planning to purchase a loan and then build a custom home, they can help.  While there are a handful of lenders offering this type of loan, Fulton Bank will finance up to 90% of the total acquisition + construction costs.

2 – They offer Lot Loans.  If you want to purchase land now and build later, and you want to finance the purchase, you’ll soon find out that “lot loans” are hard to come by, and Fulton Bank makes the short list.
