Contractor Referral: #1 Carpet

I just want to give a quick shout out to a contract a couple of my clients have used this year…. #1 Carpet.

#1 Carpet is located in Manassas, Virginia.  The clients who have used them to replace carpet this year have both been owners of townhomes that were getting ready to sell.

In one case, the 3 level townhome was tenant occupied and the tenants had a pet that had really ruined the carpet.  All the carpet and padding needed to be replaced to make the home “show” (and smell) ready. Carpet on all three levels was replaced.  The cost was approximately $2500.  You can see the photos here.

In another case, the owner had moved out, but the home had his choice of carpet… which happened to be a very plush, deep green.  While we gave it our best shot, the general market did not seem to like this carpet, so we had to replace the carpet with a neutral color.  Carpet on just 2 levels was replaced.  The cost was $2000.  You can see the photos here.
