Spring Lakes is a community of 408 homes, both single-family and townhomes and was developed in 2000. Spring Lakes is located in the Town of Leesburg and is adjacent to the new River Pointe community.
HOA membership includes, among other services, access to the outdoor pool and tot lots. The Spring Lakes HOA organizes annual events such as a July 4th parade, pool party, and community yard sales. Neighborhood children are invited to join a summer swim team at the neighboring Lakes at Red Rock pool.
There is an abundance of shopping, dining, and services at the nearby Village at Leesburg, and Marketplace at Potomac Station, as well as several other area shopping centers. A modern 12-screen theater is just across Route 7 in the Village at Leesburg, and all of that is connected via a pedestrian footpath at River Creek Parkway. The Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets is a shopping destination for many, and it is within walking distance for the residents of Spring Lakes.
Baseball fans will be delighted to have Good Times Park nearby, a complex of three lit fields which hosts Little Leaguers from across the area.
