Spring Lakes is a community of 408 homes, both single-family and townhomes and was developed in 2000. Spring Lakes is located in the Town of Leesburg and is adjacent to the new River Pointe community. HOA membership includes, among other services, access to the outdoor pool and tot lots. The Spring Lakes HOA organizes annual events such as a July 4th parade, pool party, and community yard sales. Neighborhood children are invited to join a summer swim team at the neighboring Lakes at Red Rock pool. There is an abundance of shopping, dining, and services at the nearby Village at Leesburg, and Marketplace at Potomac Station, as well as several other area shopping centers.
