About Leesburg Crossing

Leesburg Crossing is a community of single-family homes located north of the Town of Leesburg, west of Route 15.  The HOA was formally dissolved, so there are NO HOA fees. The roads are state maintained, and there are no common areas for the community to have to maintain. There is a handshake agreement among neighbors that they will all pitch in to help cover the cost of replanting around the monument sign on an as needed basis, and so far there has not been a need. The monument sign is actually on private property. Close to the Virginia/Maryland state line, Leesburg Crossing is an easy drive to/from the Point of Rocks MARC station, expanding the commuting options for residents of this community.  White’s Ferry, another commuter alternative for this neighborhood, crosses the Potomac only three miles away.
