Coming Soon….

You’ve probably visited my “My Listings” page where we list the homes and land we have for sale there. I even created a page called “In Seach Of” where I list the needs of buyers I am currently working with. These are all active clients under written agreements with me to help them find a buyer for their property or a property for them to buy. But that’s not where my business ends and begins… What might be coming on the horizon? Check this page, where I will list needs for clients that will be coming soon….LIKE…

Condo in Westmaren condos. The home is currently occupied by tenants and their lease is up this fall. They are looking to purchase a home themselves and when they buy, their landlord is selling. It’s a one bedroom condo, and will have an updated kitchen and bath on the 1st floor. Coming soon… I hope.

Next up is a townhome… this is a 3 story townhome in what I call the “horse” section of Exetor… that’s the section with street names like Bridle Crest and Stallion… there are about 4 of those streets, and they are just off Catoctin Circle NE near Battlefield Parkway.

Land… I have a 20 acre parcel of land in Round Hill in the process of being subdivided that will be on the market as we get a little closer to that subdivision being completed. It will be four acres including 3 one acre lots and a 15 acre lot. Interested in a building lot, or two, or four? This is an outstanding opportunity for the right person(s). New home, Vienna… one client is a new home builder and specializes in redevelopment on what we refer to as “tear down” lots. These are lots where there are older homes that get torn down, one by one, to make way for a fabulous new home. Something is always “in the works” with this builder, so if you’re hoping for a new home in the Vienna area, let me know. Maybe I have something that is a little off the radar that you can ask about.
