“We had a great experience using Vicky as our REALTOR.
She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling and buying homes and works hard
to keep abreast of the current market conditions. She provided great insight on the current real estate market and kept us informed of the ongoing mortgage/lending changes that were being implemented by the federal and state governments. Through the process, Vicky became a friend, but was always extremely professional while acting as our realtor.
We definitely feel that we had the best representation during the whole home selling process. I would highly recommend Vicky for anyone buying or selling a home during these difficult times.”
…………..Tom and Lisa Beatty
I helped Tom and Lisa sell their single family home in Ashton Downs (Leesburg, VA 20175) in 2008 when the market was still falling following “The Big Bubble” bursting~which had sent our real estate market into free fall. Selling homes then was no easy task, and yet we sold within 1% of our asking price and within the range of pricing that I provided on my first visit to talk with them about selling.
A funny little story: Their daughters did not want to move. So, whenever they could (without being caught, of course) they would post notes all over the house before showing. The notes said things like “Don’t buy this house. It’s falling down.” and “This house is haunted.”
Hahaha… I guess showing agents realized what was going on and didn’t think much about it, because none of them mentioned it in their showing feedback. The parents discovered the notes when they were packing to move. Sorry girls, it doesn’t look like it worked.
