New Statistics Now Available!

If you follow me on Facebook or Twitter you probably know I recently invested in a whole new web site, and am constantly building on it.  Today I added three new pages (plus this post when I hit “publish”)…

• One page is the main page from the “Market Stats” menu, which reports the source of most of the graphs and charts used on my site, and also provides a birds eye view of the market in the Washington DC metro area.
• I also added 2 pages reporting the market statistics for Fairfax County – Pricing Trends and also Activity Trends.

Please check them out.

Hopefully you also know that ALL of these charts and graphs are updated on or about the 10th of the month and the video found on the “Northern Virginia” stats page is updated about the 20th.  So, please know that the content on this site is fresh and relevant… and here when you need it.
