Greenway Farm is comprised of a mix of over 400 single-family and town homes built in the late 1990's and is located in the Town of Leesburg. This community features a swimming pool, home to the Greenway Gators swim team, and is home to Greenway Park, operated by the Town of Leesburg. The park has nature trails and picnic tables as well as a playground and basketball court.
The neighborhood is accessed from South King Street (Route 15) and is located between the communities of Woodlea Manor and Linden Hill. A widening project along South King Street includes a paved multi-use trail along the west side of the road which connects Greenway Farm to downtown. Commuters from this neighborhood enjoy immediate access to the Leesburg Bypass and Dulles Greenway.
The community is close to the Leesburg Animal Park, Oatlands historic house and gardens, and the Westpark Golf Club. Historic Downtown Leesburg and its abundant shops, services, and dining are a two-mile (or so) walk away.
