Was it timing (July vs. March)? Was it the “new” (lower) price (listed for $5K less)? Was it a more experienced 
agent? Or was it that I buried a St. Joseph Statue (I wasn’t taking any chances)?
I am pretty sure it was all of the above and I couldn’t be happier that I picked Vicky to sell my condo. I had such a better experience this time around and not just because it went under contract so quickly.
