“Vicky is great. We’ve gone with her for 2 sales and 2 purchases now and recommend her to all our friends and family. She is very honest about any purchase and the information she has on it and has even pointed out some helpful tips like don’t turn on a gas fireplace, wait for it to light, and then quickly turn it off. Let the glass warm up with the fire and the fog to disappear before turning off. If you do it the other way, you end up fogging the glass and can never get it clean. That’s just the type of thing to expect from Vicky. She’s just that great.”
